      <image:title>Programs - Aqua Aerobics | Hydrotherapy</image:title>
<image:caption>Aqua Aerobics The perfect way to exercise and make friends without putting too much stress on the body. Run by a motivating and qualified instructor, our water aerobics classes provide a low impact exercise regime in warm water. Hydrotherapy Hydrotherapy involves the use of water to treat various conditions, such as arthritis, rheumatic complaints and other ailments. Although it resembles swimming, it is different because it requires the individual to undertake different exercises in a warm pool of water. There are many benefits to Hydrotherapy these include reducing muscle tension and relief of pain. The weightlessness you feel when under water relieves tension in the limbs, supporting aching muscles and easing the movement as opposed to when on land, rehabilitates injured muscles, boosts the immune system, encourages detoxification and relieves stress.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Programs - Private Lessons</image:title>
<image:caption>Private lessons of 15 or 30 minutes are available for children and adults. Private lessons can be valuable when a swimmer is not confident in the water and needs focused time to achieve swimming. Some parents choose private lessons exclusively as they feel they develop a lot quicker. When concentration is an issue, a private lesson can allow the child to focus without distractions, or if the child focus well and would respond better one on one then a private lesson could achieve better results.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Programs - Intensive Class</image:title>
<image:caption>By participating in a holiday intensive program, you can see distinct progress in only a short period of time. This, incorporated with participating in regular weekly lessons is a recipe for success! The repetition over consecutive days enables children to retain information and improve skills to assist with their swimming progression. We notice children who commit to extra lessons for a short period are able to finesse skills that they may need in order to move up a level. Both summer and winter is the perfect time to be practising your swimming skills. We run Intensive Swim Lessons during the school holidays, please contact us to enrol.</image:caption>
